Welcome! We're excited to have you join our upcoming audition and acting workshop.

Terms and Conditions :

1. About the Workshop
DADMAA presents an exciting opportunity for children talented in singing, dancing, and acting to showcase their abilities in a supportive environment. Our workshops aim to provide a platform for young talents to shine, promoting their skills while also helping them develop a well-rounded personality.

2. Workshop Structure
The program consists of three main stages:

• First Round Audition: Students will have the opportunity to audition for an entry at just 500/INR of cost.

• Grooming Workshop (15 Days): Selected students will participate in a comprehensive grooming workshop focused on:
  a. Yoga
  b. Personality Development
  c. Vocal Music
  d. Dance
  e. Theatre

• Final Audition: At the end of the workshop, students will participate in a final audition, which includes a song recording and shooting session, under the supervision of renowned director Mr. Sahil Kundhiya. (IFTDA)

3. Student Enrollment and Fees

• The fee to attend the 15-day grooming classes is Rs. 8000 for selected students, payable in cash or by cheque.

• This form is a kind of MOU (A Memorandum of Understanding) between us and you.

• This submission is your acceptance and confirmation about all the Terms and Conditions for AUDITION and Acting and Grooming Workshop as MOU for the registration and participation.

4. Schedule
Classes will be held on alternate days Timing available according to batch (excluding shooting and photo shoot days) starting from November 1st, 2024.

5. Student Benefits
Participants will receive numerous benefits, including:
i) A Student Participation Certificate.
ii) SEO/SMO benefits for recorded and uploaded videos of selected children.
iii) A performance portfolio audition to final video and project documentary of the entire project.

iv) Photo shoot with a maximum of 10/12 digital photos,

v) The chance to participate in the music video album MAA TUJHE SALAAM (roles determined by the director and jury).

vi) On-set shooting experience with IFTDA and SWA professionals.
vii) Participation in a lifetime ever-green concept.

6. Audition and Selection

• All auditions and selections will be conducted impartially. DADMAA reserves the right to select roles and appearance as students based on their performance in the auditions.

7. Conduct and Participation Rules

• Students are expected to conduct themselves respectfully during all sessions. Any form of disruptive behavior may result in dismissal without a refund.

• Attendance in all classes and auditions is mandatory unless a valid reason is provided in advance.

8. Cancellation and Refund Policy

• Once the MOU is signed and payment made, fees are non-refundable unless the workshop is canceled by DADMAA. In such cases, a full refund will be issued.

9. Health and Safety

• Parents/guardians must inform DADMAA and D-Lab of any health conditions that may affect the student’s participation in activities. DADMAA and D-Lab are not liable for injuries occurring during the workshop.

10. Media Release

• By signing the MOU, parents/guardians consent to the recording and usage of videos and photographs of the participant for promotional purposes by DADMAA.

11. Modifications to Terms

• DADMAA reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Participants will be notified of any substantial changes.

12. Governing Law

• These terms and conditions shall be governed by the laws of [your state/country].
